IVLE8: [MA1506] Website With Its Updating

Dear all,

I hope you have already understood all the solutions of tutorial one. Here is my website link:

http://jin.chenyuan.googlepages.com/ma1506.

You can download the following things from my website:

(0) Timetable. Including my tutorial schedule and consultation schedule. I plan to give you a whole day for consultation before the exam, you can call it "Consultation Day". The time and venue have not decided, and I will inform you during the tutorial.

(1) Official solutions in advance. Usually, I will upload the solution every Sunday before the tutorial.

For example, the link of the first and second solution is http://www.mediafire.com/?db11nlvnow1 and http://www.mediafire.com/?dmad9qmyjgj.

(2) Ultimate solutions, which contains more details than the official one, in order to help you understand the tutorial questions. Usually, I will upload the solution every Wednesday.

For example, the link of the first solution is http://www.mediafire.com/?dnbncms1z1l.

(3) Tutorial notes, which contains some motivations, explanations, skills, summarizations and suggestions about the tutorial questions. Usually, I will upload the notes every Friday evening. For the last two or three tutorials, I will talk about the final exam questions tested in previous semester, and the solutions will appear in this part.

Of course, I will mention all these things in my tutorial. So, do not copy anythings from my slides or whiteboard during the tutorial time, I will try to contain the most important parts in my solutions and notes.

For example, the link of the introduction notes is http://www.mediafire.com/?ddn2hwwid1l.

(4) Answer to your questions. If you have questions, you can write email to me, and I will reply by email too. If I find the question is asked by many students or I feel it is very important, I will share the answer with all of you. Update aperiodically, depending on you.

(5) MIT Teaching Videos. Including ODE, Linear Algebra, and Laplace transform. I have already post the links, You can download or watch them online.

(6) Some useful books. Update with the schedule of tutorial.

I have finished the part for ODE, I selected three famous book with their softcopy. Each book is easy to understand, and contains lots of practice exercises with solutions.

For example, you can download the book "Differential Equations Demystified" using the link http://www.mediafire.com/?fctynsnquxv.

Hope you enjoy my tutorial time, and find something useful.

Thanks for your patience to read this long email. Any puzzles? Feel free to write to me.

Best wishes,

Chenyuan
